社会主义市场经济视域下公正价值观内涵的二维诠释

摘　　要：公正价值观内涵的建构视域呈现出多元化态势。从公正价值观的本质及功能定位来看,其内涵建构必须要以社会主义市场经济为关键视域。社会主义市场经济具备两个基本特征,即以竞争为核心要求,以共同富裕为根本目的。这要求公正价值观内涵,一是要体现差别性原则,构建社会成员间的适度差别以激发出人的竞争活力;二是要体现共享性原则,在市场竞争中保证全体社会成员基本权利的真正共享,以规避资本逻辑带来的风险,彰显出我国市场经济的制度优越性。The construction perspective of fairness is diversified. From viewpoint of fairness＇ essence and function,Socialist market economy is a key perspective for understanding fairness. Socialist market economy has two essential features： market competition and common prosperity. Based on features of socialist market economy,on the one hand,fairness should be expressed in the difference principle,constructing difference among the members of society to maintain competition. On the other hand,fairness should be expressed in the share principle,realizing the sharing right among the members of society to avoid risks of logic of capital and highlight the superiority of socialism.
