摘　　要：收入分配问题不仅与国民个人生活息息相关,还与国家的发展以及社会的稳定有着密切关系,因此,社会各界对于行业收入分配及差距问题的关注程度非常高。收入分配不仅是效率与公平关系的重要表现,同时也是民生建设的重要内容。以行业垄断与收入分配差距的合理性为研究内容,通过对垄断行业相关概念的陈述,从而对垄断行业及行业收入分配中存在的差距等问题进行分析探究,深入了解行业垄断与收入及分配差距情况,研究其合理性,最后对行业垄断与收入分配差距问题提出相关的治理建议,对促进行业收入效率与公平的实现具有现实意义。The distribution of national income is an important index representing the relationship between efficiency and fairness,and important part of people＇s livelihood construction. It＇s not only bounded up with national life,but also closely connected with the stability and development of China. That＇s why it has attracted high attention. This paper focus on the industrial monopoly and the reasonableness of the income distribution gap. In this paper,we studied the concept of industrial monopoly,the the gap of income distribution,and related index analysis.We also discussed the reasonableness of the income distribution gap,and proposed the ways to rationalize the gap.The results from this paper would be useful to promote the efficiency and fairness of income.
