金融需求变迁视角下山西票号衰亡及对当代启示

摘　　要：山西票号衰亡原因的探究,历来备受学界关注。但是从近代产业兴起对金融需求变迁的角度考察山西票号的衰落,学界则鲜有涉及。山西票号作为传统金融业中最重要的经营主体,由于发展的滞后性不能适应市场对金融的需求,最终失去垄断金融的优势地位,全面衰落。在当前互联网金融冲击之下,我国商业银行应汲取山西票号业务转型的深刻历史教训,借助互联网手段与思维实现自身变革,积极融入到互联网金融发展的进程中。这种趋势的变化从更大维度上反映了社会变革对金融需求的变迁。From the angle of the modern industrial rise to the change of financial demand,this paper examines the change process of the Shanxi ticket business. Because the lag of the ticket number development can not adapt to the market demand for finance,it will eventually lose the dominant position of the monopoly finance and decline in an all-round way. On this basis,it is proposed that under the current Internet financial impact,China＇s commercial banks should draw on the profound historical lessons of the transformation of the Shanxi ticket business,with the help of Internet means and thinking to realize their own changes,and actively integrate into the process of the development of Internet finance. The change of this trend reflects the change of financial needs in social transformation from a larger dimension.
