摘 要:在普通混凝土空心砌块护坡的基础上,提出了一种以稻秸秆、工程开挖后的废弃土、少量水泥为原料制成的空心砌块对边坡进行表层防护的方法,使其既具有混凝土空心砌块抗冲刷能力强、施工简单的优点,又能克服其资源消耗大、工程造价高的弊端。采用无侧限抗压强度试验,探讨了在不同稻秸秆掺量、不同稻秸秆长度、不同水泥掺量以及不同养护龄期条件下,稻秸秆加筋水泥土及其空心砌块的抗压强度发展规律及其耐久性能。在此基础上通过对比分析裸坡、稻秸秆加筋水泥土空心砌块、三维土工网3种防护形式下的花岗岩残积土边坡强降雨冲刷试验以及室外空心砌块植草试验,验证稻秸秆加筋水泥土空心砌块的实际防护效果。最后对稻秸秆加筋水泥土空心砌块护坡的经济性与适用性进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明:稻秸秆加筋水泥土空心砌块的强度和耐久性能能够满足工程实际应用要求,其每平方米造价比普通混凝土空心砌块减少40%左右,经济效益十分显著,具有良好的应用和推广价值。其中稻秸秆加筋水泥土空心砌块最经济合理配比为稻秸秆掺量0. 25%、稻秸秆长度15 mm、水泥掺量15%。Based on ordinary concrete hollow block for slope protection,a hollow block made of rice straw,engineering waste soil,and small amount of cement is proposed to enhance protection of slope surface. The block exhibits a few advantages: strong anti scour property,easy manufacturing process,low cost and resource consumption. The unconfined compressive strength test is carried out to investigate the development of compressive strength and durability of rice straw reinforced cement soil and its hollow blocks with different rice straw contents,lengths,cement additive amounts,and cement curing ages. In addition,the heavy rainfall scouring tests and outdoor hollow block planting test are carried out on granite residue soil slope under the protection conditions of no protection,rice straw reinforced cement-soil hollow block protection,and 3 D geonet protection. The results are analyzed and compared to verify the protection effect of straw reinforced cement soil hollow block. At last,the cost and the applicability of slope protection with straw reinforced cement soil hollow block is discussed. The result shows that( 1) the strength and the durability of rice straw reinforced concrete soil hollow block meet the practical requirement of engineering construction,the cost per square meter is 40% lower than that of ordinary concrete hollow block,which guarantees a good economicprofit,it worth good application and promotion;( 2) the optimized composition of rice straw reinforced cement soil hollow block is proposed,which contains 0. 25% 15 mm rice straw,and 15% cement.
