摘  要:交通基础设施作为经济发展的必要条件,对于经济社会的发展具有正向的空间溢出效应。国内外研究主要集中在交通基础设施配置对于经济增长率、社会劳动生产率提升的分析上,而较少涉及交通基础设施配置对于收入差异的影响。利用1998—2015年全国27个省份的面板数据,按东部、中部和西部分组,对于不同类型的交通基础设施与区域总体Gini系数、城市Gini系数、农村Gini系数分别进行了回归分析。结果表明:对于东部地区,铁路和高速公路对于缓解东部地区整体、城镇的收入差异具有正向作用,二级公路对于改善东部农村地区收入差异具有正向作用;对于中部地区,高速公路对于缓解区域整体和城镇的收入差异具有正向作用,二级公路通过改善区域可达性,对于中部农村地区收入差异的缓解起到正向的作用;对于西部地区,铁路、公路、一级公路对于缓解区域整体和城镇的收入差异具有正向作用,而二级公路对于改善西部农村地区的收入差异具有正向作用。该研究结果对于政府合理配置公共资源,协调区域发展不均衡、城乡发展不均衡具有重要的意义。As the essential condition for economic development,transport infrastructure has the positive spatial spillover effect on the social economic development. The researches at home and abroad recently focused on analyzing the effect of transport infrastructure configuration on economic growth and social labor productivity improvement,and less involved the influence of transport infrastructure on income disparity.Based on the panel data of 27 provinces in China from 1998 to 2015 which are divided by the eastern,central and western groups,the regression analysis between different types of transport infrastructure and Gini coefficient of total region,Gini coefficient of urban area and Gini coefficient of rural area is conducted. The result shows that( 1) for the eastern region,railway and expressway are beneficial for ameliorating the income disparity of the region and urban area,and the second class road is good at reducing the income disparity of rural area;( 2) for the central region,expressway is beneficial for ameliorating the income disparity of the region and urban area,and the second class road is good at reducing the income disparity of rural area bychanging the transport accessibility;( 3) for the western region,railway,road and first class road are beneficial for ameliorating the income disparity of the region and urban area,while the second class road is good at reducing the income disparity of the rural area. The result is significant for government to rational allocate public resources,balance regional development and urban-country development disparity.
