摘　　要：2014年12月13日,首次南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭仪式在侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆举行,国家以立法的形式把南京大屠杀纪念活动上升为国家公祭,具有铭记历史真相,塑造世界记忆;彰显国家意志,捍卫和平立场;牢记历史教训,传递历史智慧;加强国际交流,促进和平发展等重要的价值和深远的影响。December 13, 2014, the first Nanjing massacre victims of national public ceremonies in the Japanese invaders in Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall of the victims, the state in the form of legislation to the Nanjing Massacre commemorative activities for the national public offering, bearing in mind the historical truth, shape World memory; to highlight the will of the state, to defend the peaceful position; bear in mind the lessons of history, passing historical wisdom;to strengthen international exchanges and promote peaceful development and other important values and far-reaching impact.
