6味中草药添加对鲫鱼诱食和生长的影响

摘　　要：以鲫鱼为实验对象,初步探讨6味中草药添加饲料对鲫鱼诱食及生长的影响。采用触球法和摄食生长法,将实验分为4组,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲料;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为实验组,分别在基础饲料中添加相当于80、160、320 g/kg煎制而成的中草药复方。喂食30 d后,Ⅱ组无明显诱食效果,Ⅲ组诱食活性显著增加,Ⅳ组诱食活性极显著增加;同时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鲫鱼增重率显著高于对照组。结果表明,使用6味中草药添加饲料对鲫鱼的诱食与生长具有促进作用。The study takes Carassius auratus as research objects to explore effects of feed additive from Chinese herbal medicine on growth and feeding attraction activity. Based on ball method and Fodder-feeding to measure growth method, the experiment was divided into four groups randomly. The control group is Ⅰ , which was fed with the basic diet ; the experimental group were Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, which was fed with the basic diet plus 80, 160,320 kg of the Chinese herbal compound respectively for 30 days. Croup Ⅱ shows obvious feeding attraction activity and group Ⅲ shows significant effects, group Ⅳ shows the most significant effects （P 〈 0.01 ）. The weight gain rate of Carassius auratus in Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups has been increased obviously compared with the control group. The use of feed additive from Chinese herbal medicine has certain promotion effect on growth and feeding attraction activity to Carassius auratus.
