摘  要:在集输管线中,油水两相流经弯管时其速度和压力会发生变化,使弯管处的腐蚀程度增加,导致弯管因腐蚀而引起的事故频发。以水为离散相,通过RNGk-ε湍流模型和DPM模型相结合的方法,对管道中的流动状态进行数值模拟研究,得出了管道腐蚀随影响因数的变化规律,并采用Origin软件对模拟数据进行处理,运用正交试验法对数据进行了分析。结果表明,不同的管道参数对空化腐蚀速率的影响是不同的,其中管径的影响最大,水滴颗粒的质量流量、流体的入口速度、管道的弯曲角度次之,弯径比对空化腐蚀速率的影响最小。研究结果可对集输管道的设计和运行管理提供技术支持。In the gathering pipeline, the velocity and pressure of the oil water two phase flow through the elbow will change, which will increase the corrosion degree of the elbow and lead to frequent accidents caused by corrosion of the elbow. Taking water as discrete phase, the flow state in pipeline is numerically simulated by the combination of NNG turbulence model and I)PM model. The variation law of pipeline corrosion influence factor is obtained, and the simulation data is processed by origin software and analyzed by orthogonal test method. The results show that the different pipeline parameters have different effects on cavitation corrosion rate. Among them, the pipe diameter has the greatest influence, the mass flow rate of water droplet particles, the inlet velocity of the fluid, and the bending angle of the pipe are the second, and the bending diameter ratio has the least influence on the cavitation corrosion rate. The research results can provide the technical support for the design and operation management of the gathering pipeline.
