个体化延伸护理在哮喘患儿康复管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化延伸护理在哮喘患儿康复管理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院进行治疗的86例支气管哮喘患儿,按出院顺序单双号随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组患儿实施常规出院健康教育,观察组在此基础上采用个体化延伸护理。1年后比较两组患儿遵医行为、疾病复发率、再住院率及患儿主要照护者的哮喘知识掌握情况。结果:观察组患儿遵医行为优于对照组(P <0. 01),疾病复发及住院率明显低于对照组(P <0. 01,P <0. 05);观察组患儿主要照护者的哮喘知识掌握程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:个体化延伸护理在儿童哮喘的康复管理中起到积极有效的作用,可提高哮喘患儿的遵医行为,预防支气管哮喘的复发,降低再次住院率;可提高患儿主要照护者的哮喘知识掌握程度,使患儿得到很好的照护,利于改善患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized extended nursing in the rehabilitation management of childrenwith asthma. Methods： A total of 86 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of discharge, 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and the observation group received individualized extended nursing. One year later, the compliance behavior, disease recurrence rate, rehospitalization rate and asthmaknowledge of the main caregivers of the two groups were compared. Results： The compliance behavior of the observation group was betterthan that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 01） , and the recurrence rate and hospitalization rate of the disease were significantly lower than that ofthe control group（ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05） . The asthma knowledge of the main caregivers in the observation group was significantly differentfrom that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Individualized extended care plays an active and effective role in the rehabilitationmanagement of childhood asthma, can improve the compliance behavior of children with asthma, prevent the recurrence of bronchial asthma, reduce the rate of re - hospitalization, and improve the knowledge of asthma in the main caregivers of children. To the extent that thechild is well cared for, which will improve the quality of life of children.
