摘 要:目的:探讨服务剧本交接班护理干预在呼吸科难治性气胸患者中的应用效果。方法:将74例呼吸科收治难治性气胸患者作为研究对象采用随机抽签分组法分为干预组和对照组各37例,干预组实施服务剧本交接班护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组交接班流程、交接班质量及患者和护士满意度。结果:干预组对接流程、询问流程、记录流程、时间流程评分、交接班质量优良率、患者满意度及护士满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:将服务剧本交接班护理干预在呼吸科难治性气胸患者中应用,能有效提高交接班流程和质量,提高患者和护士满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of service script shift nursing intervention in patients with refractory pneumothorax in Department of respiration. Methods: A total of 74 patients with intractable pneumothorax in respiratory department were divided intointervention group and control group by random drawing, 37 cases in each group. The intervention group was given nursing of service scripthandover, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The turnover process, quality of shift and satisfaction of patientsand nurses in the two groups were compared. Results: The docking flow, inquiry process, recording process, time flow score, excellent rate ofhandover quality, patient and nurse satisfaction in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: The application service script shift of nursing intervention in patients with intractable pneumothorax in respiratory department caneffectively improve the handover process, quality and the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
