摘 要:考察了NBR、TPU、CPE及其混合物对软质PVC材料硬度、力学性能、老化性能等的影响,结果表明:(1)弹性体的适宜用量为25份;(2)丙烯腈质量分数33%的NBR的增韧改性效果优于丙烯腈质量分数38%的N BR;(3)T PU的增韧改性效果较好,但老化性能较差;(4)C PE没起到增韧改性作用,但其老化性能很好。The effects of NBR, TPU, CPE and their mixtures on the hardness, mechanical property and aging property of soft PVC materials were investigated. The results showed that the suitable amount of elastomer was 25 phr. The toughening effect of NBI with acrylonitrile of mass fraction 33% was better than that of NBR. with acrylonitrile of mass fraction 38% . TPU ' s toughening effect was good, but its aging property was not good. CPE had no toughening effect, but its aging property was very good.
