摘 要:研究了不同退火温度、轧制温度、淬火工艺和变形工艺对Zr-4合金热轧板材微观组织的影响。结果表明,α相区退火温度越高,Zr-4合金热轧板材再结晶越充分,退火难以消除热轧板材中的不均匀组织,热轧板材中的不均匀带状组织与晶粒取向有关;热轧温度越高,微观组织变形越充分,退火后越有利于板材组织均匀化,但热轧难以完全消除组织不均匀;板材的原始组织对热轧后的组织有明显影响,β相区淬火形成的淬态组织难以通过小变形的热轧消除,未淬火热加工可造成第二相大量析出并长大,而通过淬火可以实现第二相的溶解;淬火后通过锻造和热轧的板材比仅通过热轧的板材微观组织更均匀,锻造有利于组织均匀化。The effects of different annealing temperature, rolling temperature, quenching process and deformation process on the microstructure of Zr-4 alloy hot rolled sheet were studied. The results show that the higher the annealing temperature inα phase rdgion is, the more fully recrystallization of Zr-4 alloy sheet is. It is difficult to eliminate the inhomogeneous microstructure in hot rolled sheet by annealing, and the uneven banded microstructure in hot rolled sheet is related to the grain orientation. The higher the hot rolling temperature is, the more fully the microstructure deformation is, and the better the structure homogenization of the sheet after annealing is. But the hot rolling is difficult to completely eliminate the heterogeneity of microstructure. The original microstructure of sheet metal has obvious influence on the microstructure after hot rolling, and the quenched microstructure formed by β phase quenching is difficult to be eliminated by hot rolling with small deformation. Hot working with quenching can cause the second phase to precipitate and grow up, and the second phase can be dissolved rby quenching. After quenching, the microstructure of the plates by forging and hot rolling is more uniform than that by hot rolling only, and forging is beneficial to the homogenization of the microstructure.
