摘 要:为实现42CrMo合金钢镶嵌式刀盘整体构件的可靠连接,对42CrMo合金钢平板进行激光焊接工艺试验研究,分析预热温度及焊接工艺参数对42CrMo合金钢焊缝成性的影响,以解决焊接过程中产生的裂纹、气孔等缺陷。结果表明:预热温度为217℃,激光功率为2.9 kW,焊接速度为0.8 m/min,离焦量为0 mm时,获得无裂纹、气孔等缺陷的焊接接头,接头抗拉强度达到母材的87.7%。采用该工艺进行镶嵌式刀盘的焊接,焊缝成形好,经检测满足使用要求。In order to realize reliable connection of 42 CrMo alloy steel inlaid cutter head, the experimental study of laser welding of 42 CrMo alloy steel plate was carried out. The effect of preheating temperature and welding process parameters on the weld formation of 42 CrMo alloy steel was analyzed to reduce the welding defects of crack and porosity. The results show that the welded joint without crack and porosity defects is obtained under the preheating temperature of 217℃, the laser power of 2.9 kW, the welding speed of 0.8 m/min and the defocusing amount of 0 mm, and the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 87.7% of that of the base metal. The optimized process was used to weld the inlaid cutter head, the weld formation was good, and the inlaid cutter head met the requirements for use after test.
