摘 要:设计了四帧阻尼器基座铸铝件的砂型铸造工艺,使用ProCAST模拟软件对铸铝件的砂型铸造过程进行了数值模拟,并预测了铸件的缩孔、缩松位置和大小。结果表明,金属液充型平稳,冒口能对铸件完全补缩,铸件厚大部位没有缩孔缺陷。铸件的铸造工艺设计是合理可行的。模拟结果能为铸件的试生产提供理论指导。The sand casting process for aluminum casting of four frame damper base was designed. The sand casting process of the aluminum castings was numerically simulated by using ProCAST software, and the sizes and positions of shrinkage and porosity of the castings were predicted. The results show that the filling of the liquid metal is stable, the riser can completely feed the castings, and there are no porosity defects in the thick and large part of the castings. The casting process design is reasonable and feasible. The simulation results can provide theoretical guidance for the trial production of the castings.
