摘  要:针对国产工业铝合金超塑成形件性能不佳以及成形效率低的问题,本文以地铁用门立柱罩零件作为研究对象,对5083工业铝合金零件超塑成形工艺进行了研究。首先对国产5083工业铝合金进行了热拉伸试验,得到了不同温度和应变速率下材料的伸长率。然后利用MARC有限元软件对不同应变速率下的门立柱罩超塑成形过程进行有限元模拟,得到了应变速率对成形件减薄率以及成形效率的影响。最后结合模拟结果,在成形温度535℃和应变速率1.31×10-3s-1下利用有限元软件输出的压力-时间曲线成功地超塑性成形出门立柱罩零件,成形件的复杂难成形区域完全填充,过渡平滑,完全达到立柱罩零件质量要求,提高了成形效率。Aiming at the problems of poor performance of superplastic forming parts and low forming efficiency of industrial aluminum alloy made in China, taking the door column cover parts for subway as the research object, the superplastic forming technology of 5083 industrial aluminum alloy parts was studied. Firstly, the hot tensile test of domestic5083 industrial aluminum alloy was carried out. The elongation of the material at different temperature and strain rate was obtained. Then, the superplastic forming process of the door column cover under different strain rates was simulated by using MARC finite element software. The influences of the strain rate on the thinning rate and the forming efficiency of the forming parts were obtained. Finally, combined with the simulation results, under the forming temperature of 535℃ and strain rate of1.31 ×10-3 s-1, the door pillar cover parts were successfully formed with superplasticity method by using pressure-time curve outputted by finite element software. The complex and difficult forming area of the formed parts is completely filled, the transition is smooth, and the quality requirement of the column cover is fully met, and the forming efficiency is improved.
