摘 要:通过热力模拟系统地研究了7050铝合金的热塑性变形行为,拟合出了该合金在宽温度区间及应变速率下的高温本构关系模型,建立了热加工图,探讨了热变形机理。结果表明:在变形温度250~465℃、应变速率0.001~10 s-1下,7050铝合金的流动应力随变形温度的降低及应变速率的升高而升高;应变量对7050铝合金的热加工图影响不明显,能量耗散效率随应变速率的降低和变形温度的升高而增大。The thermoplastic deformation behavior of 7050 aluminum alloy was systematically studied by thermal mechanical simulation. The high temperature constitutive relation model of the alloy under wide temperature range and strain rate was fitted, the hot processing map was established, and the thermal deformation mechanism was discussed. The results show that the flow stress of 7050 aluminum alloy increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate at deformation temperature of 250-465 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001-10 s^(-1). The influence of the strain on the thermal processing map of 7050 aluminum alloy is not obvious, and the energy dissipation efficiency increases with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of deformation temperature.
