摘  要:基于Deform软件平台对汽缸座成形过程中金属的流动进行研究分析,优化汽缸座锻坯结构,控制汽缸座锻压成形以提高汽缸座的产品质量。模拟结果表明,锻坯结构设计对汽缸座的塑性成形有着决定性的作用,采取等温模锻方式,优化锻坯结构,可获得无折叠、充不满等缺陷的成形良好的模锻产品。Based on the Deform software platform, the metal flow was researched and analyzed during the forming process of cylinder seat. The quality of the products was improved through optimizing the structure of forging billet and controlling the forge forming of cylinder seat. The simulation results show that the designing of forging structure plays a decisive role in the plastic forming of the cylinder seat. By adopting the isothermal die forging method, optimizing the forging die structure, a good billet forging product with no defects such as folding and underfilling can be obtained.
