摘  要:采用Ti70焊丝对8 mm厚的船用Ti75钛合金试板进行焊接试验,制备了对接接头试样和Ti70焊丝熔敷金属试样,测试了这两种接头的力学性能。结果表明,Ti75钛合金焊接接头、Ti70焊丝熔敷金属的抗拉强度与母材的相近,接头表现出良好的塑性。Ti75焊缝中心出现针状组织,但并未出现粗大的晶粒。The welding tests of 8 mm thick marine Ti75 titanium alloy plate were carried out by using Ti70 welding wire,the butt joint specimen and Ti70 welding wire deposited metal specimen were prepared and the mechnical properties of the two joints were tested. The results show that the tensile strengths of Ti75 titanium alloy welded joint and Ti70 welding wire deposited metal are similar to that of base metal, and the joint shows good plasticity. Acicular structure appears in Ti75 weld center, and no coarse grains appear.
