摘  要:热轧低碳铝镇静钢SPHC在冷轧、热镀锌后表面易出现色差缺陷。对色差样品进行了检测和分析。结果表明,产生色差的根本原因是由于热轧板氧化铁皮较厚以及表面粗糙度较大,导致冷轧时产生微观压应力不均而在宏观上表现出色差缺陷。降低卷取温度和优化除鳞工艺可明显改善表面色差缺陷。The chromatic aberration defect easily appears on the surface of hot rolled low carbon aluminum killed steel SPHC after cold rolling and hot-dip galvanizing. The samples with chromatic aberration were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the root cause of chromatic aberration is due to that thicker iron scale and larger surface roughness of the hot rolled plate results in uneven micro compressive stress during cold rolling and shows chromatic aberration in the macroscopic view. Reducing the coiling temperature and optimizing the descaling process can obviously improve the surface chromatic aberration defects.
