摘　　要：南宁华润中心东写字楼项目采用内顶外爬模架系统,该模架系统适应性强,对于本工程中核心筒的多次变化,模架系统可以方便拆改。完成顶升任务时,对该模架系统拆除前需综合考虑拆除的各项前置条件,充分做好拆除准备,明确拆除流程,详细阐述内顶外爬模架系统的拆除施工技术。Scaffold system with inner top climbing is used in East Office Building engineering of Nanning Huarun Center,there is strong adaptability for the scaffold system,it is easy for demolition of scaffold system based on multiple changes of core tube.The pre-condition of demolition is considered before demolition of scaffold system in lift-up construction,demolition preparation work is done,demolition process is definite. This paper introduces the demolition construction of scaffold system with inner top climbing.
