摘  要:传统的大跨度钢网架顶升施工过程中,顶升支架伴随架体高度的不断提升而增加,提高了施工难度也增加制作安全隐患。同时,顶升点作为网架的临时支撑会导致架体在施工过程中出现架体失稳状况。针对这一现象,以某电厂干煤棚网架工程作为实例,介绍了一种新的网架顶升施工工艺,该方法在保证网架稳定的同时还控制了顶升支架的整体高度,整个施工过程采用MST软件对网架进行模拟分析。With the lift-up method used to install the steel space frame in the construction process, adjacent lift-up support structures with differences can lead to hydraulic system damage and construction safety problems of support system, such as instability. In reaction to the phenomenon, combined with a large slope steel space truss roof installation project, the author analyzes the top of the installation process by using the fixed axis rotation for slope-lift-up end adding chute construction method, and in the installation process, the MST software is used for simulation analysis, which ensures the overall stability of the network frame.
