大面积毛细管网栅在武汉天河机场的应用

摘  要:毛细管网栅空调末端在民用住宅中的应用比较广泛,武汉天河机场在地面铺设的毛细管面积约6万m^2,属首次在大面积公共建筑地面上使用。利用CFD模拟技术检验毛细管网栅敷设效果,通过模拟结果反推供回水温度及地板毛细管敷设方式,进行毛细管系统的深化设计。施工过程中采用BIM技术对现场需要敷设毛细管网栅区域进行重新分割划分后,最大化利用地面敷设面积,实现毛细管网栅快速高效施工,缩短施工工期,提高施工效率。The capillary grid air conditioning terminal was widely used in civil housing, there is about 60 thousand square meters of capillary grid on the ground of Wuhan Tianhe Airport, and it is used on a large area of public buildings for the first time. The CFD simulation technology was used in this project to test the effect of capillary grid laying, the temperature of supplying and returning water and the method of laying floor capillary were backstepped by the simulation results, and the capillary system was deepened design. The BIM technology was used to divide the area of the capillary grid, the ground floor area was the maximum utilization, and it realized the rapid and efficient construction of a capillary grid, the whole construction period was shortened and the efficiency of construction was improved.
