摘　　要：随着我国参与全球价值链的逐步深入,传统的加工贸易模式已经不适用于当今的国内外环境,产业转移是解决当前加工贸易问题的主要途径之一。华坚集团作为国内典型的大型加工贸易企业,研究其国内梯度转移,海外转移路径及转移历程,为我国其他加工贸易企业的转型升级提供一定的借鉴。With the acceleration development of our country to participate in the global value chain, the traditional mode of processing trade is no longer applicable to today ＇ s environment at home and abroad, industrial transfer is one of the main ways to solve the problems of the processing trade. As a typical large processing trade enterprise in China, Huajian Group can provide some references for other processing trade enterprises by studying its transfer path and transfer process.
