摘　　要：随着国际贸易的不断发展,国际物流也凸显其重要的作用,而国际货运代理运作的状况直接关系到国际物流运营的效果。成都丹马士货运代理公司是一个大型的单证处理及客户服务中心,虽然已经形成了完整、高效的单证处理运作体系,但是也存在着不容忽视的问题。对丹马士货代公司海运出口单证处理的过程进行分析,阐释其存在的问题,并提出优化海运出口单证处理的途径,为国际物流企业提供一定的参考。With the continuous development of world merchandise trade, international logistics also highlights its im- portant role, while the operation of international freight forwarders is directly related to the effect of international lo- gistics operation. Chengdu Damco is a large document processing and customer service center, during the processing of the documents although had formed a complete and efficient operation system, but there are also problems that can- not he ignored. This article analyzes the process of handling the shipping expert documents of Chengdu Damco, ex- plains its existing problems, and puts forward ways to optimize the export shipping documents processing, hoping to provide some references to the international logistics enterprises.
