摘　　要：[目的]了解畸胎引产孕产妇焦虑、抑郁状况,探讨共情护理对其负性情绪的影响。[方法]采用便利抽样法,将郑州大学第三附属医院产科78例畸胎引产孕产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施共情护理。入组时和产后1周分别采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、描述疼痛量表(VRS-5)和护理服务满意度量表比较两组干预效果。[结果]观察组孕产妇干预后SAS和SDS评分降低,且低于对照组;观察组孕产妇干预后VRS-5评分低于对照组,满意度评分干预对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]共情护理能够有效缓解畸胎引产孕产妇的负性情绪和分娩疼痛,提高护理服务满意度。Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression of pregnant women with teratogenic induced labor,and to explore the influence of empathy nursing on their negative emotions. Methods： A total of 78 pregnant women with teratogenic induced labor of maternal obstetrics in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenient sampling method.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group performed empathy care on this basis.The intervention effects were compared between the time of enrollment and the week after delivery using the Self rating Depression Scale （SDS）,the Self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）,the Descriptive Pain Scale （VRS 5）,and the Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale. Results： One week after delivery,the anxiety,depression,pain,and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： Empathy nursing could effectively reduce the negative emotion and labor pain of pregnant women with teratogenic induced labor,and improve the satisfaction of nursing service,which worth to promote for clinical application.
