忻州气煤在配煤炼焦中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过煤质分析和焦炭性能试验,研究忻州气煤替代峰峰1/3焦煤的可能性及最佳替代比例。试验结果表明,忻州气煤是峰峰1/3焦煤理想的替代煤种,其替代比例应控制在6%以内,此时焦炭热态强度下降不明显,可确保焦炭在高炉内的骨架支撑作用。By coal analysis and coke property test,the possibility of Xinzhou-produced gas coal replacing Fengfeng 1/3 coking coal is studied,including the best proportion. The test result shows that the Xinzhou-produced gas coal is an ideal substitute of Fengfeng 1/3 coking coal,its usage proportion is preferably controlled within 6% when the coke strength in hot state drops down very little,which can ensure a supporting bed in blast furnace.
