摘 要:金刚石磨粒的失效对加工质量、生产成本有着显著影响。文章比较研究了纯光固化树脂和含氧化铝填料的光固化树脂对金刚石磨粒把持力的影响。将制备的试样进行划擦实验,以此测试结合剂的把持力,并记录金刚石颗粒失效形貌特征。实验结果表明,树脂结合剂中金刚石磨粒的失效模式主要可分为滑移、松动、脱落。磨粒的出露高度是影响磨粒把持力的主要因素,添加微米氧化铝可有效提高树脂对金刚石的把持力。The failure of diamond abrasives has a significant effect on the machine quality and cost. The paper focused on the effects of the pure ultraviolet-cured resin and the one of containing alumina filler on the grinding force of diamond abrasive. The holding forces of binder were measured by scratching the prepared samples, and the failure morphology characteristics of diamond abrasives were recorded. The results demonstrated that the main failure modes of diamond abrasives in the resin binder are classified as three types, slip, loosening and shedding. The exposing height of abrasive grains was the main factor to affect abrasive holding force, and the resin's bonding force on diamond is improved effectively by adding micron alumina.
