摘  要:采用自制的陶瓷结合剂cBN砂轮,对TC4钛合金棒材进行了外圆磨削加工,研究了cBN砂轮的工作速度以及进刀量对砂轮磨削性能的影响。实验结果表明:当进刀量恒定时,随着砂轮转速的提高,砂轮的磨耗比上升,砂轮承受的磨削力和加工工件的表面粗糙度值Ra下降。当砂轮转速恒定时,随着砂轮进刀速率的增大,砂轮的磨耗比下降,砂轮承受的磨削力和加工工件的表面粗糙度值Ra上升。当砂轮工作速度为60m/s、进刀量为0.3mm/min时,cBN砂轮对TC4钛棒的磨耗比为1004,砂轮承受切向磨削力为207N,加工后的TC4钛棒的表面粗糙度为Ra0.28μm。The paper focused on the effects of wheel speeds and feeding rates of vitrified bond cBN wheels on the performance of the wheels cylindrically grinding TC4 titanium alloy bars. The experiment results showed that the abrasive ratio of the wheel was increased but the grinding force on the wheel was decreased as well as the surface rough Ra of the work-pieces while the wheel speed was increased with the constant feeding rate. And while the feed rate was increased with the constant the wheel speed, the abrasive ratio would be decreased but the grinding force on the wheel and surface rough Ra of the workpiece were both increased. When the wheel speed was 60m/s and the feed rate was set as 0.3mm/min in TC4 titanium alloy bar cylindrical grinding, the abrasive ratio went to 1004, the grinding force on the wheel was increased to 207N, and the surface rough of the workpiece was improved to Ra0.28μm also.
