摘　　要：《关于建立现代医院管理制度的指导意见》中明确指出要加强医院信息公开。笔者以山东省72家三甲医院为样本,采用3个维度、48项指标,通过网络调查方式研究山东省三甲医院信息公开的现状。结果显示,72家三甲医院在公开信息的广度、深度、时效性及人性化等方面存在不同程度的问题。建议逐步扩大医院信息公开的范围和内容,提升医院信息公开的质量,加强相关配套工作,探索多样化的信息公开模式。Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Modern Hospital Management System clearly points out the need to strengthen the disclosure of hospital information.Based on the sample of 72 Hospitals of Class A,Grade Three in Shandong Province,this paper studies the status quo of information disclosure of Hospital of Class A,Grade Three in Shandong Province by means of network survey using 3 dimensions and 48 indicators.The results show that 72 Hospitals of Class A,Grade Three have different degrees of problems in the breadth,depth,timeliness and humanization of public information.It is suggested to gradually expand the scope and content of hospital information disclosure,improve the quality of hospital information disclosure,strengthen the related supporting work,and explore diversified information disclosure modes.
