摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为农村文化信息资源共享工程建设提供参考。[方法/过程]采用问卷调研的方法,基于Wilson的信息行为模型和胡慧丽的信息心理模型构建用户信息接纳模型,并分析影响农民信息接纳的因素。[结果/结论]农村文化信息资源共享工程的建设应注重"农"元素资源以激发农民兴趣,增进信息需求、优化资源服务;培训专业能力同时培养自主信息意识和提高信息查询行动力;增强经济型资源黏性以提升农民信息利用率。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for construction of rural cultural information resource sharingproject. [Method/process] By questionnaire survey, the paper constructs a model of users＇ information acceptance based on Wilson＇sInformation Behavior Model and Hu Huili＇s Information Mental model, and analyzes the influencing factors on farmers＇ information acceptance. [Result/conclusion] The construction of rural cultural information resource sharing project should lay emphasis on rural resources, so as to arouse farmers＇ interest, increase information demand, optimize resource service; should train professional ability, cultivate information independent consciousness, and improve information inquiry execution; then strengthen viscosity of the economic resources to improve farmers＇ information utilization.
