摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在对图书馆微博平台进行评估,提高衡量图书馆信息服务能力。[方法/过程]从多投入、多产出的运营效率分析出发,把我国公共图书馆微博作为研究对象,以更新频率、评论数、转发数、响应性、DMLink(数字图书馆到微博的链接路径)为投入指标,以微博价值、PR值、粉丝数作为产出指标,并利用DEA方法中的CCR模型和BCC模型对指标数据进行定量分析。[结果/结论]整体而言,公共图书馆微博的运营效率表现不佳,需要进一步加强对资源的有效配置,提高管理水平。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to assess library microblog platform, enhance library information service. [Method/process] Based on multi-input and multi-output operating efficiency analysis, the paper regards public library micro-blog behavior asresearch object, takes update frequency, number of comment, number of retweet, webpage responsiveness, and DMLink （link path fromdigital library to micro-blog platform） as input index, and microblog account value, PR value and followers quantity as output index,and uses CCR model and BCC model of DEA method to do quantitative analysis on the index data. [Result/conclusion] Overall, themicro-blog operating efficiency of public library has poor performance, which needs to be further strengthened on the effective allocation of resources and the management level.
