摘　　要：[目的/意义]为促进《书目记录的功能需求》(简称FRBR)用户任务实现,以及改进OPAC提供参考。[方法/过程]探讨OPAC视角下,FRBR的实现途径以及其对OPAC的影响,从书目记录的内在质量、书目记录的显示情况、书目记录所处的环境3个维度来分析FRBR用户任务实现的影响因素,并提出相应的保证机制。[结果/结论]FRBR用户任务实现受到FRBR实体的质量、用户的知识结构及用户所处的信息环境、编目规则、系统性能、编目人员的专业素养等因素影响。可以从提升编目人员的专业素养、制定FRBR框架下的编目工作规范、改进FRBR系统性能、提升FRBR用户的数据素养等方面建立保障。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for promoting the realization of user task of Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records （FRBR） and upgrade of OPAC. [Method/processes] The paper discusses FRBR implementationand its impact on OPAC from the perspective of OPAC, analyzes the influence factors of FRBR user task implementation from the immanent quality of bibliographic record, bibliographic record show, bibliographic record environment, and puts forward correspondingguarantee mechanism for task implantation. [Result/conclusion] FRBR user task implementation is effected by FRBR entities＇ quality,user＇s knowledge structure and information environment, cataloguing rules, the system performance, and cataloguer＇s professional quality and so on. The user task implementation can be guaranteed from promoting cataloguer＇s professional accomplishment, making standard of cataloguing work under the framework of FRBR, improving FRBR system performance, promoting FRBR users＇ data quality.
