摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为政府信息服务的相关研究和发展提供参考。[方法/过程]以CNKI数据库中2008年1月1日至2018年5月1日的相关文献为研究对象,借助Ucinet和SATI等工具,利用社会网络分析方法和可视化技术,对国内政府信息服务相关论文的关键词进行分析,找出我国政府信息服务领域学术研究的热点。[结果/结论]研究表明政府信息服务领域的热点主要集中在政府信息服务的对象、渠道和效果评价等方面。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for the relevant research and development of government information service. [Method/process] The paper takes the relevant documents from January 1, 2008 to May 1, 2018 included in theCNKI database as research objects, analyzes the keywords of the papers on domestic government information service by using tools suchas Ucinet and SATI, social network analysis methods and visualization techniques, and then identifies the hot issues of academic research in the field of government information services in our country. [Result/conclusion] The research shows that the hot spots ingovernment information service mainly focus on the object, channel and effect evaluation of government information service.
