摘　　要：论成人,中国文化从古至今便自有一套完整的成人次第,即勤学是成人的保障,修德是成人的根本,明辨是成人的觉智,而笃实则是成人的标准。四者之间不仅相互倚靠、互为秩序,更有各自独立而丰富的精神意涵。深入挖掘个中义理,不仅有利于理解传统文化,对于更好地实践社会主义核心价值观亦具有比较突出的历史意义和时代意义。On cultivation of people, the Chinese culture has had a complete set of series from ancient times till now. Namely, the diligent study is the guarantee of cultivation of people, the virtue cultivation is the foundation of cultivation of people, the bright discernment is the sense of wisdom of cultivation of people, and the sincere honesty is the standard of cultivation of people. The four aspects are not only interdependent, but also in order and sequence with one another, and have their own independent and rich spiritual implications. It is propitious to understand the traditional culture, and it is of great historical and epochal significance better practice the core values of socialism.
