FDI对产业结构升级的影响研究——以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：对辽宁省吸收利用FDI以及产业结构的现状进行分析,并对辽宁省FDI与产业结构优化升级进行实证探究。通过建立计量模型,分析得出结论:从对各个产业建立的计量模型上看,FDI对辽宁省三次产业结构影响的方向和程度不同;从建立的滞后回归模型上看,FDI对辽宁省三次产业的影响程度具有明显的滞后性;在产业结构调整方面,FDI有助于辽宁省产业结构优化升级,且效果显著;辽宁省产业结构调整的方向应由"二三一"转向"三二一"。据此,提出促进辽宁省产业结构优化升级的政策建议,旨为辽宁省产业发展提供借鉴意见。The status quo of absorption and utilization of FDI and industrial structure in Liaoning Province is analyzed, and the empirical research on the optimization and upgrading of FDI and industrial structure in Liaoning Province is carried out. Through the establishment of econometric model, it concludes that： from the econometric model established by various industries, the direction and extent of FDI influence on the three industrial structure of Liaoning Province are different; from the established lagged regression model, the impact of FDI on the three industries in Liaoning Province has obvious lags; in the aspect of industrial structure adjustment, FDI is helpful to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of Liaoning Province, and the effect is remarkable; and the direction of industrial structure adjustment in Liaoning Province should be shifted from ＂231＂ to ＂321 ＂. Policy suggestions on promoting the optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure in Liaoning Province are proposed according to it, so as to provide reference for industrial development in Liaoning Province.
