介入超声治疗肾囊肿的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效,探讨介入超声治疗肾囊肿的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析在笔者所在医院进行介入超声治疗的48例肾囊肿患者在给予聚桂醇介入治疗后的超声表现,并对临床效果进行分析。结果:肾囊肿患者全部穿刺顺利,手术之后进行随访,术后随访2个月~3年,48例患者共56个囊肿,其中36个囊肿完全消失,治愈率64.3%,有效率96.4%。结论:介入超声治疗肾囊肿疗效确切,简便易行,并发症少,安全系数较高,具有较高的临床应用价值,且治疗费用相对较低,值得推广和使用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and sclerosis in the treatment of renal cysts,and to explore the clinical value of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of renal cysts.Method：Retrospective analysis of 46 cases of renal cyst treated by interventional ultrasound in our hospital was performed in the treatment of lauromacrogol and the clinical effect was analyzed.Result：All the renal cysts were successfully punctured,followed by follow-up after the operation,followed up for 2 months to 3 years.The 48 patients had 56 cysts,of which 36 cysts were completely disappeared,the cure rate was 64.3%,and the efficiency was 96.4%.Conclusion：Interventional ultrasound treatment of renal cyst curative has effective,easy,less complications,high safety coefficient,high clinical value and the cost of treatment cost is lower,which is worth popularization and use.
