摘 要:目的:评价锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板置入内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者80例,将其随机分为两组,各40例。采用解剖钢板内固定治疗对照组,采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗观察组。比较两组手术情况及治疗效果。结果:观察组骨折愈合、住院、手术等时间及术中出血量较对照组均显著较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节功能改善优良率95.0%,比对照组的75.0%显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果更为显著,即可加速患者骨折愈合,并改善其膝关节功能,因此值得临床应用推广。Objective:To evaluate the effect of locking compression plate and anatomic plate for internal fixation of complex tibial plateau fractures.Method: Eighty patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases.The control group was treated with anatomic plate fixation and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate fixation.Comparison of the two groups of surgical conditions and treatment effects.Result:The observation group fracture healing,hospitalization,surgery and other time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly less than the control group(P〈0.05).The excellent and good rate of 95.0% in the knee joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 75.0%(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The use of locking compression plate fixation for patients with complex tibial plateau fractures is more effective,which can accelerate fracture healing and improve knee function.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
