利伐沙班防治房颤患者卒中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探究利伐沙班防治房颤患者卒中的护理措施及效果,为临床提供指导。方法:以2015年5月21日-2017年5月21日笔者所在医院68例房颤患者为观察对象,68例房颤患者均实施利伐沙班治疗,并随机将其分为常规组(38例)、试验组(30例)。常规组应用常规护理,试验组应用优质护理。研究对比试验组和常规组患者的用药依从性、卒中发生率、满意度评分及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组患者用药依从率(96.67%)相比常规组(76.32%)明显更高(χ~2=5.535,P<0.05);试验组患者卒中发生率(3.33%)相比常规组(21.05%)明显更低(χ~2=4.584,P<0.05),但试验组患者不良反应发生率(6.67%)和常规组(23.68%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者满意度评分(85.36±2.79)分,明显高于常规组的(79.24±3.25)分(t=8.199,P<0.05)。结论:在房颤患者实施利伐沙班防治期间,对其实施优质护理有助于减少卒中的发生。Objective： To explore the nursing measures and effects of Rivaroxaban in the prevention and treatment of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Method：From May 21th 2015 to May 21th,2017,68 patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital were treated with Rivaroxaban,and were randomly divided into routine group（n=38） and experimental group （n=30）.The routine group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing care.Drug compliance,stroke rate,satisfaction score and adverse reaction rate were compared between experimental group and routine group.Result：The compliance rate of the patients in the experimental group（96.67%） was significantly higher than 76.32% in the routine group（X2=5.535,P〈0.05）;the incidence of stroke in the experimental group（3.33%） was significantly lower than 21.05% in the routine group（X2=4.584,P〈0.05）;but there was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the 6.67% in the experimental group and 23.68% in the routine group（P〈0.05）.The scores of patients’ satisfaction in the experimental group was （85.36±2.79）points,which was significantly higher than （79.24±3.25）points in the routine group（t=8.199,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：During the prevention and treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation,quality nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of stroke.
