摘 要:本文以3,5-二氨基苯甲酸、苯甲酰氯和KH550为主要原料,通过缩聚反应制备得到改性Al_2O_3/SiO_2混杂颗粒。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM),对改性产物的结构、微观形貌和热稳定性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明,采用PAMAM改性的纳米混杂材料,分散相分布均匀且尺寸较小,平均粒径在110nm左右,热稳定性明显提高。In this paper, modified Al2O3/SiO2 hybrid particles were prepared by condensation polymerization with 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid, benzoyl chloride and KH550 as the main raw materials. The structure, micromorphology and thermal stability of the modified products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the nano hybrid material modified by PAMAM had a uniform distribution of dispersed phase and small size, and the average particle size was about 110nm, and the thermal stability was obviously improved.
