摘 要:本文以一台空冷水轮发电机定子结构(铁心长度为L)为基础,对其周期简化模型迚行了共轭传热计算,幵对一种新型通风槽钢作用下定子风沟流场及定子稳态温度场变化迚行了研究。研究结果表明,新型槽钢作用下,迎风侧流道的回流情况消失,上层线棒得到了更好的冷却,其最高温度下降了2.2%,平均温度下降了1.6%。铁心温度分布更加均匀、对称,齿部最高温度及平均温度分别下降了约1.1%和1.5%,轭部最高温度下降了约0.3%,轭部平均温度升高了约0.8%。综合来看,新型槽钢作用下定子冷却效果得到改善。In this paper, a conjugate heat transfer is calculated for the periodic simplification model based on an air-cooled hydro-generator stator whose iron core length is L. And the study of steady-state temperature field and stator duct flow field changes with a new type of ventilation channel steel is finished. The results show that the backflow of the upwind side channel is eliminated, and the upper coil is cooled better that the maximum and average temperatures decrease by about 2.2% and 1.6%, respectively. The temperature distribution of iron core becomes more uniform and symmetrical. The maximum and average temperature of iron core tooth decreases by about 1.1% and 1.5%. The maximum temperature of iron core yoke decreases by about 0.3%, and the average temperature of iron core yoke increases by about 0.8%. Taken together, the cooling effect of the stator is improved with the new type of ventilation channel steel.
