摘 要:大容量多相感应电机通风槽板涡流损耗是造成铁心温升的一个重要原因,也是决定大容量电机安全运行的关键因素之一。本文以一台十二相异步电机为例,分析了通风槽板对电机轴向磁密分布的影响,并做出通风槽板涡流分布三维图,分析得到通风槽板的涡流分布特点,并对通风槽板结构进行优化,有效的减小了涡流损耗,为工程设计提供理论依据。Eddy current loss of ventilation slot board in large capacity multi-phase induction motor is animportant cause for core temperature rise, it is also one of the key factors for safety operation of largecapacity motor. This paper, taking a twelve phases asynchronous motor as an example, analyzed theinfluence of ventilation slot board on the magnetic density distribution, developed a three-dimensionaldistribution map of eddy current in ventilation slot board. The characteristics of the eddy currentdistribution of the ventilated slot plate are analyzed, and the structure of ventilation slot board is optimized,thus reducing the eddy current loss effectively, and providing theoretical basis for engineering design.
