摘 要:本文针对传统的交交变频器输出波形谐波含量大的问题,结合变频调速系统的发展趋势,设计出一款六脉波交交变频调速系统,主要从系统硬件电路设计和软件设计两个方面对交交变频调速系统进行研究,并以STM32F103ZET6为主控芯片,设计出周边控制和保护电路,搭建出交交变频器的调速平台,编写出实时在线计算的交交变频调速程序。研究表明,此系统不仅能够实现变频调速,且调速效果比传统的交交变频系统要好很多。In view of the shortcomings of traditional cycloconverter output waveform and large harmonic content, combined with the development trend of variable frequency speed regulation system, this paper mainly studies two aspects of system design, including hardware circuit design and software design. A six pulse cycloconverter control system is proposed, and with STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip, peripheral control and protection circuit are designed, a platform for cycloconverter speed adjusting is built. A program for real-time calculation of cycloconverter speed control is developed. Experimental verification is carried out under the built speed control system. The research shows that the six pulse cycloconverter can achieve variable frequency speed regulation, and the speed regulation effect is better than the traditional cycloconverter.
