摘　　要：法门寺博物馆收藏陈列着1987年在法门寺唐塔地宫出土的鎏金银龟盒。法门寺学界普遍认为是一件茶具,但也有极少不同观点,惜论述不全。本文以实物内部相关新发现为重要线索,以细节为依据,结合史料,分析推理,实验论证等多重论证方法对鎏金银龟盒进行详细考证,并在实际功能上证实它不是茶具而是香具中的龟香炉。从而达到让文物回归历史,还原用途的目的。并以此文纪念法门寺地宫考古发掘30周年。The gilded silver tortoise-shaped container, unearthed beneath the tower of the Tang Dynasty in Famen Temple in 1987, has been displayed in Famen Museum. The container has been generally regarded as a kind of tea set by academic circles on Famen Temple, though there are a few different points of view with inadequate analysis. Based upon the new discoveries and details in the interior of the container together with resourced historical data, this paper concludes that the container is not a kind of tea set, but a kind of censer. It tries to restore the original functions of the container and commemorate the 30 th anniversary of the archaeological excavation of the underground palace in Famen Temple.
