电焊工人的作业特征及防护服设计

摘　　要：电焊工作是一门比较特殊的职业,工作环境比较恶劣,受光污染及喷溅影响,对人体躯体防护中的服装要求极其严格。本文着重介绍电焊工人作业服的特点及防护要求,从电焊作业环境、作业对象、电焊作业服面料及工作特点要求出发,在大量调研基础上,根据实际需求进行设计研发,为特种行业服装设计开发提供实践指导。Welding work is a relatively special job. Because of its harsh working environment, light pollution, and splashing, the clothing requirements for human body protection are extremely strict. This article focuses on the characteristics and protection requirements of work clothes for welding workers. Starting from the requirements of welding work environment, work objects, fabrics for welding work clothes and job characteristics, based on a large amount of research, the design of RD is carried out based on the actual actual needs. Special industry apparel design and development put forward practical guidance.
