摘　　要：介绍一起10kV母排连接螺栓平垫圈过大形成闭合回路导致涡流发热缺陷的分析和处理过程,同时精准分析了导致涡流发热的原因,提出了相关防范措施,为以后设备的安装和此类事件的处理提供了参考。In this paper, the analysis and treatment process of the defect of eddy current heating caused by the closed loop formed by the over-large flat gasket of the lOkV busbar connecting bolt are introduced, and the cause of the eddy current heating is analyzed accurately. At the same time, the relevant precautions are put forward to provide reference for the fu ture installation of the equipment and the treatment of such events.
