良性前列腺增生合并高血压患者术后血压水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纽扣状电极经尿道前列腺剜切术对良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并高血压患者术后血压的影响。方法对临床诊断为BPH合并高血压的183例患者的手术前、后资料进行对比分析。结果术后3个月,治愈28例(15.30%),改善65例(35.52%),无效90例(49.18%);治疗总有效率为50.82%。患者术后的血压、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生存质量(QOL)评分均显著低于术前,最大尿流率(Qmax)显著高于术前(P<0.05)。结论临床BPH合并高血压较多见,采用纽扣状电极经尿道前列腺剜切术治疗可以降低患者血压水平,甚至可使部分患者血压降至正常。Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral enucleation of prostate with button-like electrodes onpostoperative blood pressure level of hypertensive patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Thepreoperative and postoperative data of 183 patients with clinically diagnosed as BPH and hypertension were compared andanalyzed. Results At 3 months after operation, 28 cases （15.30%） were cured, 65 cases （35.52%） were improved, 90 cases（49.18% ） were ineffective, and the total effective rate of treatment was 50.82% . The postoperative blood pressure,international prostate symptom score （IPSS） and quality of life （QOL） score were significantly lower than those beforeoperation, and the maximal urinary flow rate （Qmax） was significantly higher than that before operation （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical BPH with hypertension is more common. Taking transurethral enucleation of prostate with button-likeelectrodes can reduce the blood pressure level of patients, and even reduce the blood pressure of some patients to normal.
