薏仁败酱红藤汤保留灌肠联合腹部理疗治疗慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究薏仁败酱红藤汤保留灌肠联合腹部理疗治疗慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的120例炎性慢性盆腔痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组给予腹部理疗联合薏仁败酱汤灌肠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及预后情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分和血清D-二聚体、CRP水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论薏仁败酱汤保留灌肠联合腹部理疗可改善慢性盆腔痛患者的症状,有助于病情的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of retention enema with Yiren Baijiang Hongteng decoction combined withabdominal physiotherapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain. Methods A total of 120 patients with inflammatorychronic pelvic pain from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects and dividedinto observation group and control group by random number method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with antibiotics, the observation group was treated with abdominal physiotherapy combined with enema with YirenBaijiang Hongteng, and the clinical effects and prognosis of the both groups were compared. Results The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores and the levels of serum D-dimer、 CRP in the both groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The retentionenema with Yiren Baijiang Hongteng combined with abdominal physiotherapy can improve the symptoms of patients withchronic pelvic pain and contribute to the recovery of the disease.
