综合护理应用于会阴侧切分娩产妇感染控制的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理应用于会阴侧切分娩产妇感染控制的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年9月我院120例实施会阴侧切分娩的产妇,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用综合护理。比较两组产妇切口愈合情况、疼痛程度及切口感染发生情况。结果试验组切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,切口丙级愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组切口疼痛程度优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组切口感染发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于会阴侧切分娩产妇感染控制的效果较好,能明显提升产妇切口愈合效果,降低其感染发生率,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on the infection control in puerpera withperineal side cut delivery. Methods A total of 120 puerpera with perineal side cut delivery from August 2016 to September2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with routine nursing, while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing. Theincision healing, the degree of incision pain and the incidences of incision infection were compared between the two groups.Results The incision healing rate of grade A in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incisionhealing rate of grade C in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the degree of incisionpain in the experimental group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of incision infection in theexperimental group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensivenursing on the infection control in puerpera with perineal side cut delivery has better effect. It can obviously improve thehealing effect of incision and decrease the incidence of infection, with high value in clinic.
