摘  要:在法庭科学领域,科技成果转化普遍存在"开花多、结果少"的现象,一方面是不断有新的科研项目取得突破、在公安工作中发挥重要作用;另一方面则是大量的科技成果难以推广和深化应用,科技人员从事成果转化的积极性不高。本文梳理了近年来国内法庭科学领域科研工作所取得的成就和部分重大科技成果转化应用情况,分析了科技成果转化、推广、应用工作现状和存在的主要问题,介绍了公安部物证鉴定中心的经验做法,结合科技创新工作实际,从落实政策、完善机制、加强服务、加大奖励、发展产业等方面提出了加强法庭科学领域科技成果转化的对策建议。In the realization of China’s forensic science, the “more-blossom-yet-less-fruit” phenomena are widely present for the scienti?c and technological achievements to have them transformed, leaving such a circumstance that the juxtaposition are placed of both continuously-emerging new scienti?c and technological breakthroughs to play their roles into the practice of public security and quantity of scientific and technological achievements difficult to spread and deeply apply, plus the low activity of transforming the achievements by some forensic scienti?c practitioners. This paper introduces the important achievements of scienti?c researches in China’s forensic science, analyzes the main problems in transforming scienti?c and technological achievements, contributes involving experiences, and offers proposals and measures from ?ve aspects related to the Institute of Forensic Science, Ministry of Public Security: policy implementation, mechanism improvement, service enhancement, encouragement promotion and industrial development.
