摘　　要：建材行业的石灰生产对环境、安全的要求较高。传统石灰生产设备陈旧,安全、环保、质量、成本难以控制。文章针对现状利用大数据,从过程监控、数据分析、信息动态跟踪等方面着手,提出对生产线进行实时监控方案,以期达到安全环保、高效低耗的目的。Lime production in building materials industry requires high environmental and safety requirements. The equipment for traditional lime production is obsolete, and it is diffcult to control safety, environmental protection, quality ＆ cost. Regarding the current situation. This article puts forward the real-time monitoring scheme for production line by using big data from the aspects of process monitoring, data analysis ＆ information dynamic tracking etc, to achieve the purpose of safety and environment protection, high effciency and low consumption.
